19 Fitzroy
19 Fitzroy a refurbished 1960’s former medical laboratory is part of Derwent London’s ‘Furnished + Flexible’ scheme offering companies considered and well-designed workspaces including meeting rooms, phone booths, flexible work areas within an open plan layout. The 550sqm space over two floors is inspired by mid-century architecture designed by dMFK. VRDC manufactured and installed all joinery items including the restoration of the existing staircase adding new timber treads and steel balustrade. A combination of stained solid and veneered oak panelling with light accents of Caesarstone worktops and sprayed doors.
