King William Street
A former home to a House of Fraser department store that was no longer viable, the developer recognised the opportunity to re-establish the rundown building as a mixed-use, office-led space offering both hospitality and wellness features to enhance the experience for the office workers.
A new entrance for the lobby was designed by Buckley Gray Yeoman, VRDC manufactured and installed a curved dark stained oak reception desk, a banquette seat, new timber panelling to the lift lobby. VRDC also helped with the design development of the bespoke large six meter tall panel system with openable doors for maintenance access.
